About the Role

Dromoland Castle Hotel & Country Estate is hiring a welcoming, efficient Morning Breakfast Server to join its Food & Beverage team in Newmarket on Fergus, County Clare, Ireland. This role is suited to hospitality professionals who want a dependable weekday-focused position in a prestigious luxury environment.

Working Pattern

• Shifts operate from Monday to Sunday on a 5-over-7 basis.
• Typical working hours run between 06:00/07:00 and 12:30/13:00.

What You Will Do

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and support service standards consistent with a Forbes-level luxury experience.
• Keep the breakfast buffet tidy, fully replenished, and attractively presented throughout service.
• Clear used tables, clean them promptly, and reset them efficiently to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Deliver hot dishes from the kitchen quickly, accurately, and courteously.
• Contribute to the high service standards that define the guest experience at Dromoland Castle.
• Assist the wider Food & Beverage team with other duties as needed.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar food and beverage position.
• A friendly, outgoing, and guest-oriented approach.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to stay effective in a busy environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and interpersonal.
• Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland.
