The organization is focused on expanding authentic Montessori education and building schools that help children become independent, capable, and action-oriented learners. The Head of School will lead the campus team and help ensure the school delivers an excellent educational experience.

What You Will Do

  • Set the campus direction through a clear strategic plan.
  • Shape and sustain a school culture that reflects the organization’s mission and values.
  • Strengthen relationships and community among teachers, parents, and children.
  • Make sure the program is delivered at a consistently high standard.
  • Oversee budget management and work toward profitability goals.
  • Partner with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment goals.
  • Recruit, coach, support, and manage teaching staff.

What the Organization Offers

  • Continuous professional learning and development.
  • Access to a supportive peer and mentor network.
  • Opportunities to grow and advance your career.
  • A competitive compensation package.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid time off along with paid holidays.
  • A 75% tuition discount for two children enrolled in any school within the network; the network serves children from 3 months to 6 years old.
  • The chance to help deliver a strong Montessori program tailored to each child’s needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • ORO Step 9 or above.
  • Prior leadership experience in early childhood education.
  • Excellent planning and organizational ability, with strong attention to detail and outcome focus.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to build a warm, positive, and collaborative team culture.
  • Confident leadership skills and the judgment to make difficult decisions when information is limited.
  • Genuine commitment to doing education well through Montessori principles.

Preferred Background

  • Experience teaching in an early childhood setting.
  • Previous work as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director in a preschool environment.
  • Knowledge of Montessori education or a Montessori certification.
