Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Molecular Biology specialist for a contract-based opportunity offering flexible remote work at a competitive rate of $60 to $80 per hour. The role involves working between 10 to 40 hours weekly on various molecular biology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically assess molecular biology experimental data, protocols, and scientific literature for relevance and accuracy.
• Create in-depth content, detailed annotations, and clear explanations rooted in up-to-date molecular biology theories, methodologies, and discoveries.
• Review and validate AI outputs for scientific precision and compliance with molecular biology standards.
• Deliver comprehensive feedback on molecular biology topics to enhance AI system comprehension and functionality.
• Develop or select real-world molecular biology scenarios, questions, and datasets demonstrating critical challenges within the field.
• Partner with technical teams to improve project materials ensuring scientific rigor.

Qualifications

• Advanced academic degree (MS, PhD or equivalent) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related life sciences.
• Proven expertise in experimental design, molecular data analysis, and result interpretation.
• Solid understanding and practical knowledge of modern laboratory techniques including PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, and protein analysis.
• Established record of scientific writing, publication, or peer-review activities in molecular biology or allied fields.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex scientific concepts with clarity to varied audiences.
