- Function as the main contact for the ADGM Registration Authority, handling communications and maintaining continuous readiness for regulatory assessments.
- Advise the Board and senior management on changing regulatory standards promptly, escalating any issues or breaches immediately.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of direct experience in AML and compliance roles, preferably within the UAE or a similar international financial jurisdiction.
- In-depth technical expertise regarding ADGM regulations and the UAE federal AML/CFT laws.

- Possession of recognized AML or Compliance certifications such as ACAMS or ICA qualifications.
- Proven competence in transaction monitoring, preparing suspicious activity reports, and submitting these through the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit portal.
- Strong focus on detail with the capacity to adhere to strict regulatory deadlines consistently.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience managing entities regulated by both FSRA and CSP frameworks.
- Established working relationships or a successful track record with the ADGM Registration Authority.
- Capability in delivering impactful AML training programs to internal teams with varied backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits
