About the Company
Sri Sai Enterprises is an emerging organization focused on advertising, branding, retail branding, signage, fabrication, and visual merchandising solutions. We seek a motivated and detail-focused MIS Executive to join our proactive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project cost estimates and costing documentation.
- Manage billing activities while maintaining precise records.
- Prepare quotations and estimates for clients.
- Create professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for clients and management purposes.
- Maintain and update company data through Microsoft Excel.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Systematically organize, verify, and back up MIS data on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless project execution.
- Ensure accuracy of data and timely delivery of reports.
- Assist higher management with data evaluations and operational reporting functions.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel features, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word applications.
- Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for problem solving.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective communication capability.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
Qualifications
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
Experience ranging between 1 to 5 years in MIS, reporting, billing, data management, or preparing estimates is desirable.
Background in advertising, branding, retail, or signage industries will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position based physically at the Mohan Nagar office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Salary ranges between ₹13,500 and ₹20,000 per month.
