Job description
Overview
The MIS Analyst will be an integral member of the International Banking Group, focusing on the Retail Collections & Recovery division. This position primarily involves generating and managing detailed performance data to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Key Duties
- Create and distribute Management Information System reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards that track Key Performance Indicators for Collections and Recovery efforts.
- Monitor portfolio status, including delinquency patterns, recovery metrics, and effectiveness of collection activities.
- Evaluate performance metrics for collectors, recovery teams, external agencies, and legal recovery processes.
- Compile regular write-off and recovery-after-write-off reports to identify trends and assess net portfolio losses.
- Manage the regulatory reporting process by uploading and updating necessary documentation via the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Portal, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory deadlines.
- Aggregate, validate, and disseminate reports across various departments such as Collections, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Legal.
- Conduct data reconciliation to maintain accuracy and integrity of all reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather data and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Implement automation solutions to reduce manual reporting workloads and enhance overall MIS efficiency.
- Provide assistance for audit processes, compliance reviews, financial reporting, and regulatory submissions.
