Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced military coach to assist service members and veterans in advancing their skillsets and career paths, as well as guiding those aspiring to enter military careers. This role encompasses advising on military strategy, training, combat tactics, leadership development, and assisting clients with veterans affairs, career transitions, resume crafting, interview preparation, networking strategies, salary negotiation, and continuous skill enhancement.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates possess firsthand military experience, prior coaching or mentoring expertise, and a structured method for supporting clients to grow both professionally and personally. Coaches independently set their schedules and fees, conduct virtual sessions, and collaborate with our team to ensure a high-quality and supportive client experience.
