Operating at two sites in Barmstedt and Neumünster, the company transforms raw milk under stringent technical and hygiene standards into a variety of products including sliced cheese, pasta filata/mozzarella cheese, butter, whey powder, cream, and milk and whey concentrates. Role Overview
We are looking to fill the position of a Dairy Laboratory Technician at our Neumünster location, seeking a professionally and personally proficient candidate to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with IFS Food standards within quality assurance
- Performing independent chemical-physical and microbiological analyses of cheese, whey powder, cream, and milk and whey concentrates
- Operating NIR (Near-Infrared) analysis equipment
- Conducting sample collection and hygiene inspections
- Recording and documenting all data, entries, and evaluations
- Monitoring measuring instruments
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Successful completion of training as a dairy laboratory technician or equivalent vocational qualification
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in dairy processing
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
