About the Role

Zeppelin Group is looking to expand its operations team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, by hiring an experienced MIG/TIG Aluminium Welder. This is a long-term opportunity to engage in industrial projects with an international firm, contributing to the ongoing technical excellence of Zeppelin Systems Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute precision MIG and TIG welding on aluminium parts and structures to high quality standards.
• Prepare aluminium components by cutting, grinding, and fitting as needed.
• Inspect welds carefully to ensure compliance with relevant industry and internal benchmarks.
• Perform finishing tasks, including polishing, deburring, and surface prepping.
• Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with fabrication, engineering, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols to sustain a safe and clean workspace.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to welding techniques and fabrication quality.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in MIG and TIG welding specifically on aluminium materials.
• Solid understanding of fabrication methods and quality control standards.
• Skilled in producing clean, distortion-minimized welds.
• Proficient with fabrication equipment including cutting tools, grinders, and measuring devices.
• Knowledgeable about welding safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and methodical in work approaches.
• Capability to detect and resolve welding issues early.
• Good command of English preferred for effective communication.
• Prepared for a long-term work commitment in Saudi Arabia.
