Role Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of client systems to the latest OXID eShop platform by collaborating closely with partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Take charge of the technical execution of database and system migrations, including development of tailored solutions supported by AI for individual client needs.
• Utilize a contemporary technology stack including PHP, Symfony, and MySQL.
• Act as an information hub within OXID by facilitating smooth communication between departments such as R&D, Support, Sales Management, and Online Shop Coordination.
• Maintain direct communication with external partners and clients to ensure successful migrations and sustained system stability.
• Analyze, optimize, and adapt existing shop systems to meet evolving technological standards.

Requirements

• German fluency at C1 level or higher.
• Possession of a valid work permit for Germany is mandatory.
• Advanced technical proficiency in PHP, Symfony, and MySQL, coupled with experience in developing and optimizing shop systems.
• Significant experience working with OXID eShop versions 5, 6, and 7 is preferred.
• Prior involvement in shop migrations or similar technical projects, ideally supported by AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system architectures.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and clients, preferably also with international teams.
• Insight into software company processes and the ability to serve as an interface among internal departments.
• Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Confident and professional communication style when dealing with customers and partners.
• Self-motivated, proactive work ethic combined with teamwork abilities and strong communication skills.
