Overview
An established partner company seeks a dedicated MidMarket Customer Success Manager located in the United States. This role presents a compelling chance to contribute to a rapidly expanding cybersecurity firm specializing in advanced AI-powered security solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor for mid-market clients, assisting their onboarding, adoption phases, and ongoing success strategies. Collaborating closely with technical and executive stakeholders, you will ensure customers achieve tangible business results, enhancing retention and stimulating growth. This dynamic position requires teamwork with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales departments to solve customer challenges and explore new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for a designated group of customers, fostering strategic relationships and promoting effective platform adoption.
- Organize frequent business reviews and executive meetings to demonstrate value achieved, return on investment, and progress against pre-established success criteria.
- Gain in-depth insight into clients' business goals, industry-specific issues, and security demands to offer customized advice and guidance.
- Increase customer understanding and use of platform features through educational initiatives, best practices, and enablement programs.
- Continuously monitor account status, identify potential risks, handle escalations, and coordinate cross-functional actions to secure favorable outcomes for customers.
- Share client feedback internally to shape product enhancements and align future customer success strategies.
- Maintain current knowledge of product updates and roadmap plans to advise customers on new adoption and expansion opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of experience within enterprise SaaS organizations, with a minimum of three years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related customer support roles.
- Proven ability managing extensive customer portfolios and nurturing executive-level relationships to drive client retention and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills adept at balancing strategic business and technical conversations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record in managing customer escalations while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, internet technologies, networking fundamentals, and email security solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM and case management software such as Salesforce and Jira or equivalent tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- Customer-oriented mindset combined with solid analytical, teamwork, and proactive skills to generate measurable results.
