Job description
Position Overview
An established American-curriculum school in the United Arab Emirates is inviting applications for the role of Middle School Vice Principal. This leadership role is part of the senior management team and is expected to commence in Fall 2026.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, equivalent to QFE Level 9.
- At least five years of teaching experience at the Middle School level.
- A minimum of five years in senior school leadership roles.
- Demonstrated leadership excellence in an accredited American school, preferably with three to five years of experience in notable leadership positions within Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or the broader GCC region.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preference given to candidates from Canada or the USA who are native English speakers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary between AED 22,000 and AED 25,000, negotiable based on candidate suitability.
- Annual housing allowance ranging from AED 70,000 to AED 75,000.
- Annual economy-class airfare allowance for travel to home country.
- Education benefits including tuition fee discounts: full coverage for the first child and 50% coverage for the second child.
