Middle East Logistic Financial Business Partner

Role Overview

This position focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial strategy within the logistics division of a global technology and retail service provider operating in Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and ensure robust financial management aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft annual budgets and continuous forecasts; monitor discrepancies and advise on adjustments to meet financial and strategic targets.
• Develop key performance indicator frameworks, produce analytical reports, detect irregularities, and perform in-depth root cause analysis for operational enhancements and cost savings.
• Partner closely with front-line logistics teams to evaluate projects, provide financial insights, resolve interdepartmental challenges, and assist with strategic implementation.
• Spot and mitigate financial risks such as revenue overstatements and delivery fraud through effective controls; manage liquidity by overseeing cash flow, receivables, and payables.
• Design and implement data models and automation tools, including business intelligence dashboards, to streamline processes and improve data integrity and analytical capabilities.
• Lead strategic initiatives including market and competitive research, set standard procedures, and deliver finance training to strengthen team capabilities and alignment.
