Job description

About Nash

Nash is building technology that simplifies last-mile delivery. Through one API and dashboard, merchants can coordinate deliveries across a mix of carriers, including Doordash, Uber, and regional delivery partners. The platform supports same-day, next-day, and scheduled delivery experiences for leading merchants across North America and other markets.

The company’s purpose is to improve global prosperity by making delivery operations more efficient.

Role Overview

Nash is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to grow revenue within the merchant segment generating $10K–$100K in ARR. In this position, you will run the complete sales process end to end, from sourcing and qualifying leads to product demos, commercial negotiation, and closing deals. You will work with operational and technology decision-makers at fast-scaling restaurant, grocery, retail, and catering businesses.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys fast-paced selling, is curious by nature, and wants to drive meaningful impact by selling a technical product that changes how physical goods are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business within the mid-market merchant segment, with an average deal size of about $35K ARR.
  • Own the full sales funnel, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Create and sustain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to adapt solutions to merchant operating needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of merchant challenges such as delivery orchestration, per-drop cost, operational complexity, and end-customer experience.
  • Consistently achieve and outperform targets for new logos and booked consumption.
  • Keep forecasts accurate and maintain disciplined CRM records in Salesforce.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, ideally within logistics, ecommerce, or retail technology.
  • Demonstrated success selling to operators, logistics leaders, and technology stakeholders at mid-sized merchants.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling ability, with a clear focus on uncovering business needs and motivations.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders across operations, IT, finance, and founders.
  • A high-activity, experimentation-driven approach to sales and pipeline generation.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and modern sales tools such as Outreach and Apollo.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a company from an early stage.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base pay plus variable compensation, with on-target earnings aligned to top-tier SaaS market standards.
  • Equity participation in a fast-growing, venture-backed business.
  • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
  • Flexible paid time off and a remote-first working model.

Why Nash

You’ll join a team of builders and operators with experience scaling high-impact logistics and SaaS companies worldwide. Nash moves quickly, questions assumptions, and stays focused on outcomes. If you want to sell a product that directly influences how goods move, this role offers that chance.

About the Company

Nash is a modern logistics platform built for today’s commerce environment. As customer expectations shift toward real-time, on-demand fulfillment, businesses need orchestration across couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and autonomous systems. Nash brings together decisioning, execution, and capacity in a single programmable system.

Its AI-driven intelligence decides what should happen, operational tools carry it out, and the platform dynamically allocates capacity from company-owned fleets, partner networks, or Nash’s own delivery network. It can route work to couriers, gig drivers, internal fleets, store associates, technicians, or autonomous vehicles, and then manage the job through completion.

The platform supports logistics and delivery operations for major commerce brands and software platforms, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, Woolworths, Shopify, and Toast.

Founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman and Aziz Alghunaim, Nash is backed by Y Combinator, Andreessen Horowitz, and other leading investors. The company is headquartered in San Francisco.

Additional Information

  • Early-stage but well-funded startup with opportunities for direct impact and career growth.
  • Quarterly company-wide on-site gatherings to connect with teammates.
  • Competitive compensation with equity upside.
  • Flexible paid leave.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
