Role Overview

We are looking for a Dual Cashier who will be the first point of contact for customers at the branch. This role involves delivering quality service and offering a unique digital and self-service experience. The position demands proactiveness in promoting digital banking channels and products while assisting clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial interaction point for customers, ensuring high-quality service and a seamless digital self-service experience.
• Act as a Digital Promoter by receiving clients, identifying their intended operations, and profiling both clients and non-clients.
• Advise customers on traditional and digital banking products.
• Redirect transactions to alternative channels such as mobile apps, wallet platforms, online banking, ATMs, and correspondent agents.
• Assist in customer acquisition for digital products like credit cards and portability services, facilitate immediate operations such as sending account statements, updating notification channels, and handing out personalized cards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably holds a degree in Economic-Administrative fields or related areas.
• Experience in promoting and selling financial products and services is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to identify counterfeit bills.
• Dynamic personality with a strong interest in personal and professional growth.
• Fluent in Spanish.
