Overview
We are seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Merchant Onboarding Executive to facilitate the Google Pay QR code onboarding and reactivation process for merchants in Bengaluru. This role revolves around direct, on-the-ground interaction with merchants to promote adoption and usage of Google Pay QR codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to merchant locations within designated areas to encourage QR code implementation.
- Reactivate existing Google Pay QR codes to ensure continued merchant engagement.
- Install new Google Pay QR codes as required to expand the merchant network.
- Provide guidance and support to merchants to ensure smooth onboarding.
Job Details
- This position requires field visits and interaction with merchants regularly.
- Opportunities available for part-time and full-time engagements.
- Compensation is based on piecework with appealing daily incentives directly linked to successful onboarding and QR code reactivation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory to effectively communicate with merchants.
- Comfortable and willing to perform regular fieldwork and engage actively with merchants.
