Role Overview
Join a global consumer goods organization known for brands such as Kleenex, Kotex, Huggies, and Kimberly-Clark Professional. This position is focused on strengthening in-store brand presence, improving product visibility, and helping drive sales through effective retail execution in Riyadh.
The role is suited to someone with a sharp eye for detail, a strong retail mindset, and the ability to turn shelf presence into measurable commercial impact. You will work across stores, support sales performance, and help ensure products are consistently available, well-presented, and competitively positioned.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange products in line with planogram standards and store layout requirements.
- Keep shelves stocked and reduce the risk of stock gaps or out-of-stock situations.
- Set up promotional displays, point-of-sale materials, and visually effective merchandising presentations.
- Follow FIFO practices and ensure products are rotated properly.
- Track competitor activity and spot opportunities to improve brand performance in-store.
Field Execution
- Cover assigned outlets on a daily basis according to planned routes.
- Develop productive working relationships with store teams.
- Share timely observations on stock levels, shelf share, and competitor moves.
- Work alongside sales teams to improve retail execution and in-store results.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A diploma or a higher academic qualification is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG is needed.
- Ability to communicate in basic English, along with strong local language communication skills.
- A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Saudi nationality is required due to government requirements.
