Job Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent stocking and rotation of Swire Coca-Cola products across customer locations following company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves and aisles using customer-provided equipment daily to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves with products facing outward for easy purchase identification.
• Follow a first-in, first-out system to rotate products and maintain quality standards.
• Construct promotional displays and exhibits as scheduled and instructed by supervisors and store management.
• Organize and manage back rooms and storage areas safely; return any unsellable products daily as required.
• Utilize technology and applications throughout the workday to support tasks.
• Participate in assigned meetings and assist with special projects or events as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting company vehicle policies.
• Use a reliable personal vehicle for store visits within assigned routes and maintain business insurance for vehicle use; no transportation of company products required.
• Capable of safely lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Work hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday (five 8-hour shifts), with weekend work and overtime as necessary. The pay rate is $20.75 per hour. This position is classified as Level 1.
