Position Overview

We seek experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses dedicated to delivering exceptional care to individuals with mental health challenges and physical health needs. Candidates should possess extensive expertise in mental healthcare while demonstrating emotional resilience, forward-thinking attitudes, and enthusiasm for providing high-quality patient services.

Role Responsibilities

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse, you will coordinate and administer treatment plans for assigned patients. Your duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and assessing patient care based on evidence-based methodologies. You will ensure care plans address psychological, emotional, social, physical health, treatment interventions, risk management, and safety considerations. Managing and mitigating workplace risks following organizational policies and fostering continuous improvement and patient safety are key components of the role. Additionally, you will manage the safe custody, control, and administration of prescribed medications.
