Role Overview

The Membership Manager will oversee sales and marketing efforts for multiple F45 branches in Dubai, utilizing telesales, digital marketing, and partnerships to increase membership. Candidates should be experienced in fitness or wellness sales or customer service, proficient with CRM tools and social media, and passionate about fitness. Strong English communication skills are essential. This role demands consultative selling skills, organizational ability to manage CRM systems, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage telemarketing efforts across multiple branches, converting leads from social media ads, walk-ins, and referrals into memberships using CRM software.
• Achieve high conversion rates through consultative selling, accurately representing F45's workouts and membership plans.
• Provide regular daily and monthly sales performance reports.
• Maintain exceptional service standards by responding promptly and informatively to inquiries.
• Coordinate with social media agencies to optimize advertising and marketing budget effectiveness.
• Develop secondary lead sources by building partnerships with local businesses like schools, corporates, and retail outlets.
• Create educational and promotional content for social media to boost brand visibility and highlight F45 workout benefits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation or diploma in a related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm or expertise in fitness and nutrition.
• Experience working with CRM or task management software along with familiarity in social media platforms and graphic design tools like Canva.
• Personal Trainer certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong spoken and written English; additional languages such as Arabic are advantageous.

Additional Information

The position is based at one of the F45 branches in Dubai City and can be either part-time or full-time, working six days per week. Salary includes a fixed base plus commissions, with total earnings ranging from 6000 to 10000 AED monthly for full-time employment.
