Role Overview
The Member Success Specialist will be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to supporting and advocating for Ridwell members. The role demands a hospitable and empathetic approach to member service, handling inquiries and concerns with positivity in alignment with Ridwell’s aspirational brand. The position operates on a Sunday to Thursday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST and requires weekend availability. This role is open to candidates residing in Washington, Oregon, California, Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, or Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and warmly to member inquiries and concerns via our support inbox.
- Supporting manual processes and offering suggestions for automation improvements in collaboration with leadership.
- Collaborating with other Ridwell teams, including Driver Success Specialists, to resolve member issues quickly.
- Identifying and reporting recurring problems, such as website or app issues and common member concerns, for further evaluation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Open and eager to tackle any challenge.
- Experience in customer-facing roles; familiarity with customer experience software like Front, Zendesk, or Intercom is advantageous.
- A cheerful and positive mindset, favoring solutions-oriented thinking.
- Quick learner with curiosity and adaptability to new systems and software.
- Availability to work weekend hours as required.
Additional Information
Compensation will be determined considering internal benchmarks, applicant experience, and prevailing market standards.
