Role Overview
We are seeking a Meditation Facilitator to design and lead mindfulness and guided meditation experiences for VVIP guests and wellness clients in a premium hospitality setting in Abu Dhabi. This position is centered on improving relaxation, emotional balance, and overall holistic well-being while delivering highly personalized, discreet, and professional service.
What You Will Do
- Lead one-on-one and small-group meditation sessions that may include mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, visualization, and stress-relief techniques.
- Build tailored meditation plans based on each guest’s goals, such as recovery support, stress reduction, better sleep, or general wellness.
- Work closely with wellness, medical, and hospitality colleagues to ensure sessions complement guest care plans.
- Maintain a peaceful, safe, and reassuring atmosphere for every session.
- Handle all interactions with a high degree of confidentiality and tact.
- Set up meditation areas so they are clean, calm, inviting, and fully prepared.
- Contribute to wellness events, retreats, and exclusive VVIP programs when required.
- Offer clear guidance on breathing methods and relaxation practices.
- Keep any necessary records or documentation as directed by management.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate holds certification in meditation, mindfulness, yoga, or a related wellness field and brings 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in wellness centers, luxury hospitality, retreats, or healthcare settings. Prior experience with VIP or high-profile guests is preferred. The role calls for excellent communication skills, a composed and reassuring presence, strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to protect confidentiality. A polished professional appearance is important, and fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
