This position is centered on improving relaxation, emotional balance, and overall holistic well-being while delivering highly personalized, discreet, and professional service.

What You Will Do

  • Lead one-on-one and small-group meditation sessions that may include mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, visualization, and stress-relief techniques.
  • Build tailored meditation plans based on each guest’s goals, such as recovery support, stress reduction, better sleep, or general wellness.
  • Work closely with wellness, medical, and hospitality colleagues to ensure sessions complement guest care plans.
  • Maintain a peaceful, safe, and reassuring atmosphere for every session.
  • Handle all interactions with a high degree of confidentiality and tact.
  • Set up meditation areas so they are clean, calm, inviting, and fully prepared.
  • Contribute to wellness events, retreats, and exclusive VVIP programs when required.
  • Offer clear guidance on breathing methods and relaxation practices.
  • Keep any necessary records or documentation as directed by management.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds certification in meditation, mindfulness, yoga, or a related wellness field and brings 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in wellness centers, luxury hospitality, retreats, or healthcare settings. Prior experience with VIP or high-profile guests is preferred. The role calls for excellent communication skills, a composed and reassuring presence, strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to protect confidentiality. A polished professional appearance is important, and fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

Preferred Background and Strengths

  • Practical knowledge of breathwork and stress-management techniques.
  • Understanding of holistic wellness concepts.
  • Ability to adjust session style to suit different guest preferences.
  • Experience in luxury or government-affiliated environments is a plus.
