Key Responsibilities

• Develop packaging designs following corporate design or layout specifications.
• Independently produce final artwork and print-ready files for various packaging types such as labels, folding cartons, cans, trays, and pouches.
• Implement language and variant adaptations.
• Perform technical reviews and prepare data conforming to requirements of diverse printing techniques including flexography, gravure, and offset.
• Apply client-specific guidelines and legal regulations, for example, food information regulations and cosmetics directives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed training as a media designer specializing in digital and print or an equivalent degree.
• Several years of professional experience in packaging, final artwork, or reprographic work.
• At least two years in packaging-related roles within the last five years.
• Proficient skills in Adobe Illustrator.
• Optional experience with Esko software like Deskpack and ArtPro+ is a plus.
• Strong understanding of packaging printing and the demands of various printing methods.
• Organized, detail-oriented with a high level of quality consciousness.
• Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and strong personal accountability.
