Job Responsibilities

• Convert doctors' handwritten or dictated medical notes into the company’s medical database software.
• Access medical data as needed by authorized individuals.
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies found in original documents or database entries.
• Respond to telephone inquiries from doctors and patients regarding test report updates.
• Ensure high accuracy of data entry by thoroughly verifying source documents and records.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of all medical records, sharing information only with permission from doctors and reporting managers.
• Organize and file office documentation as required.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by reporting managers or consultants.

Candidate Profile & Additional Information

Immediate joining candidates are preferred. Applicants should have a solid understanding of medical terminology and the ability to interpret doctors’ handwritten notes.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a B.Sc degree in any specialization.
