Role Overview
This position focuses on representing and selling CNS products across a defined territory in Singapore. The successful candidate will nurture customer partnerships, support marketing initiatives, share product knowledge, and work toward consistent sales growth while following all relevant ethical and regulatory standards.

Sales and Product Promotion
- Present and promote CNS products to doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Carry out sales plans and aim to meet or surpass territory targets by generating new business from both current and prospective stakeholders.
- Strengthen product presence and market share within the assigned sales area.
- Work with the product manager to run product presentations, CMEs, RTD sessions, and sales campaigns that match marketing objectives.
- Review territory updates, stakeholder information, and prescriber patterns regularly.
- Provide timely sales, activity, and territory reports as requested by SGOP.
- Prepare sales forecasts and execution plans.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Respond promptly to product questions and ensure proper follow-up with relevant contacts.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Track competitor actions and changes in customer demand within the assigned therapeutic area.
- Collect competitor insights and market feedback on a regular and monthly basis to support the marketing team.
- Share observations with product and marketing teams to help refine sales and promotional strategies.
- Submit accurate visit logs, sales updates, and activity reports on time.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Compliance and Other Information
- All sales and promotional work must follow SGOP and SAPI standards, with the stricter rule always taking priority.
- Any adverse event (AE) reports must be documented correctly and escalated to the appropriate PV manager without delay.
