Role Overview

Medwin Associates seeks a Medical Marketing Executive to drive promotion of its specialty diagnostic services. The position involves engaging with doctors, hospitals, and clinics through frequent field visits, delivering scientific presentations, managing professional relationships, and uncovering new business avenues. The executive will also coordinate diagnostic test inquiries, oversee sample collections, ensure timely report delivery, and provide client support, all while maintaining meticulous records and upholding ethical, compliant communication standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will possess a bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field. Previous experience in marketing within diagnostic labs, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, or medical device sectors is highly valued. Strong skills in communication, scientific presentation, engaging healthcare professionals, relationship building, and field sales are necessary. Expertise or exposure to specialty diagnostics, particularly molecular, oncology, or genetic testing, will be considered an advantage.

Eligibility

Applicants should have qualifications including B.Pharma (any specialization), B.Sc in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
