Key Responsibilities

• Precisely document all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints compliant with company, client, and federal regulations.
• Perform study compliance outreach calls to volunteers in clinical or medical studies.
• Register participants for educational seminars.
• Offer support to patients actively enrolled in support programs.
• Gather demographic information and disposition details for product, sample, or literature fulfillment.
• Maintain high-quality standards and productivity across client projects while following all program scripts and guidelines.
• Accurately capture necessary data in designated program databases.
• Demonstrate strong communication and tele-management skills, delivering empathetic dialogue and clarifying medical terminology to callers.
• Adapt flexibly within departments to optimize resource utilization, including performing administrative or non-telecommunication tasks as required.
• Comply fully with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Showcase organizational aptitude managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Protect patient privacy strictly following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
• Update and submit resumes as requested during audit processes.
• Fulfill additional duties assigned as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid current U.S. healthcare professional license: Registered Nurse (RN).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and mouse usage.
• Reliable participation in frequent meetings and teleconferences without interruption.
• Familiarity with Call Center Telephone Technology.
• Professional and pleasant phone demeanor.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Strong organizational skills focused on results and ability to work across functions.

Compensation Details

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.60 to $36.40, with compensation determined based on experience, skills, equity considerations, and organizational needs.
