Role Summary

This role calls for a strong medical content writer who can produce clear, accurate, and research-backed healthcare content. The work involves turning complex medical and diagnostic topics into content that is easy to understand for patients, medical professionals, and online audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, draft, and refine well-written content on pathology, diagnostics, preventive care, and wellness topics.
• Prepare material for blogs, websites, patient education assets, email campaigns, social platforms, brochures, and healthcare guides.
• Present medical and diagnostic information in simple language for non-medical readers without losing scientific accuracy.
• Write on health conditions, lab tests, screening packages, disease prevention, and treatment pathways.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals, pathologists, marketing teams, and product teams to maintain factual accuracy.
• Review medical research, clinical evidence, and healthcare guidelines to support content creation.
• Ensure all communication follows healthcare standards and ethical guidelines.
• Keep up with new healthcare trends, diagnostic innovations, and public health developments.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Management, Journalism, or a similar discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or scientific writing.
• Strong command of medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
• Excellent skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Ability to understand scientific information and adapt it for different audiences.
• Strong research ability and analytical thinking.

Preferred Profile

• Prior writing experience for pathology labs, diagnostic centers, healthcare startups, hospitals, or health-tech businesses.
• Exposure to content marketing and digital healthcare communication.
• Comfort with AI-assisted writing tools and content management systems.
