About the Role
We are looking for a detail-focused and driven Medical Billing Executive to become a part of our healthcare operations team. This position welcomes both fresh graduates and experienced individuals aiming to establish a fulfilling career in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and review medical billing records.
- Carry out backend medical billing tasks and documentation processes.
- Manage customer interactions concerning billing when necessary.
- Validate patient and insurance details.
- Keep precise records adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Accomplish daily productivity and quality objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address billing-related challenges.
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold data security protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Job Details
- Location: Mohali district, India
- Work Profile: Approximately 70% backend operations and 30% calling duties
- Shift: Night shift
- Working Days: Monday through Friday, with weekends off
- Salary: ₹23,000 CTC with performance incentives ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹7,000
