Medical Billing – Credit Balance Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Credit Balance Executive for our medical billing team, focused on the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process in the US healthcare industry. The role involves detecting and rectifying credit balances (overpayments) on patient or insurance accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable calls with US healthcare insurance providers.
• Follow up on unsettled medical claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Address claim denials and payment discrepancies effectively.
• Keep accurate detailed records of all customer communications.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or undergraduate degree holders with relevant experience.
• Good proficiency in English communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience specifically in the Credit Balance process within US healthcare RCM is required.
• Experience limited to accounting, bookkeeping, or general finance roles does not meet the eligibility requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000, finalized based on last drawn salary and interview performance.
