About the Role
Telecare is seeking a well-organised and proactive Medical Administration & Bookings Consultant to support the operations team. This position combines customer service with service coordination, with a strong focus on booking management, enquiry handling, and communication with hospitals, clinicians, referrers, and patients. You will be the main contact for incoming enquiries and will help keep day-to-day workflows on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries
- Arrange and manage appointments through internal booking systems
- Communicate with hospitals, referrers, clinicians, and patients
- Keep records accurate and complete through data entry
- Assist the broader operations team with administrative tasks
- Process bookings and service requests accurately and in a timely manner
