Role overview
This opportunity is with a long-established international agency that is growing its teams to support major clients across Europe. The position suits a media professional who can convert high-level strategy into practical market plans, tailor regional priorities to local needs, and contribute to stronger campaign results across several European markets.
What you will do
- Adapt regional media strategies into country-specific plans, including budgets, channel mixes, and performance frameworks.
- Improve campaign outcomes through planning backed by data, along with measurement, tracking, and continuous optimisation across digital and offline media.
- Help strengthen internal media capabilities by putting efficient processes, tools, and best practices into action.
- Work closely with client teams, agencies, and platform partners to keep execution smooth and ensure market-level alignment.
- Track campaign performance, maintain measurement structures, and spot opportunities to boost efficiency and return on investment.
What the role requires
- At least 5 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, or integrated media, gained either at an agency or on the client side.
- Solid knowledge of full-funnel media planning across digital and traditional channels.
- Background in working across multiple markets and coordinating with a range of stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
