Role overview
An established international agency is growing its team to continue supporting high-profile clients throughout Europe. This role is ideal for a media planning specialist who enjoys translating data into practical action, improving campaign outcomes, and shaping media strategies across a mix of channels and markets.
What you'll do
- Create and deliver integrated media plans spanning digital, performance, and traditional channels, with careful attention to budget use and return on investment.
- Review campaign and platform data to uncover trends, insights, and areas where performance can be improved.
- Oversee media planning, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting for local market activity.
- Develop productive working relationships with client teams, media owners, agencies, and platform partners to keep campaigns running smoothly.
- Share campaign outcomes and strategic recommendations through clear, evidence-based analysis and compelling storytelling.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in media planning, either in an agency environment or on the client side.
- A solid grasp of media budgeting, campaign measurement, and full-funnel performance metrics.
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across client, agency, and partner settings.
- Strong English communication skills; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
