- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with journalists, editors, media representatives, and sector stakeholders.
- Manage media inquiries, interviews, press engagements, and corporate announcements efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR to develop internal communications like newsletters, leadership updates, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in executive thought leadership by preparing articles, interview materials, presentations, and talking points that represent the leadership's perspectives.
- Organize corporate events, Corporate Social Responsibility endeavors, public engagements, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships from selection and briefing to contracting, content approval, execution, compliance oversight, and performance assessment.
- Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with healthcare providers, educational institutions, professional bodies, and community organizations.
- Create partnership proposals, co-marketing campaigns, joint activations, and communication plans generating measurable benefits for NCH and partners.
- Support crisis communication with prompt, precise, and authorised messages.
- Monitor and evaluate media coverage, online interaction, partnership and influencer effectiveness, identify communication risks, and suggest improvements based on impact and return on investment.
Ideal Candidate Traits
- Fluent bilingual communicator with impeccable writing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Adept at translating business targets into clear communication plans.
- Possess established networks with media, agencies, influencers, or other relevant external stakeholders.
- Capable of managing communication initiatives end-to-end with emphasis on quality and results.
- Experienced in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, events, and digital content creation.
- Practiced in maintaining accuracy, securing approvals, ensuring compliance, and protecting reputation in regulated sectors.

- Highly organised, proactive, resilient, and able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing standards.
- Blend creativity with commercial insight and practical execution skills.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate across different departments and seniority levels.
Required Qualifications and Experience

- Hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations, including briefing, content approvals, compliance processes, and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, co-marketing efforts, or community engagement events.
- Preferably experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wellness, fast-moving consumer goods, or similarly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media management tools, media monitoring software, digital analytics, SEO fundamentals, and Microsoft Office applications.
