This role is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on sales enablement specifically in contract administration and management. The position will transition to DePuy Synthes following their planned separation from Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics business within 18 to 24 months, subject to regulatory approvals and necessary consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act independently with minimal supervision to manage daily offer development, bids, tender contracts, and contract administration processes.
- Draft and execute contract agreements, serving as a liaison for internal stakeholders and cultivating strategic relationships to advance tender contracting opportunities.
- Manage tender and contract activities effectively to meet organizational targets and market demands, ensuring timely bid submissions and maintaining accurate contract records.
- Oversee the coordination of presales activities including drafting proposals, evaluating bids, and responding to due diligence inquiries.
- Use key performance indicators to assess contract management processes before and after contract signing.
- Support sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient contract operations and goal achievement aligned with leadership expectations.
- Adhere to Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily team interactions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient in office administration to optimize operational efficiency and resource management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance to guarantee adherence to legal standards and industry regulations.
- Experience in sales enablement and support, including tender management to coordinate competitive bids.
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive collaboration skills to meet individual and team deliverables.
- Fluent English language skills with effective presentation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Requirements and Information
- Around 10% travel domestically and internationally expected.
- Experience working in an international corporation is preferred.
- The role supports a smooth transition to DePuy Synthes, with employment terms to be communicated accordingly.
