This phase introduces leadership responsibilities and operational ownership through practical supervision experience.
- Oversee daily operations and sustain strong service delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources with a focus on performance and efficiency.
- Coach and support junior team members while setting a strong example.
- Coordinate schedules and participate in performance reviews.

- Applicants should be ambitious, forward-looking, and show leadership potential as well as a strong growth mindset.
