About the Programme
Marina Bay Sands is looking for promising early-career talent to join its Hospitality Transportation function. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to premium guest mobility, valet operations, airport greeting services, and operational support within a luxury hospitality setting. The team is responsible for more than transportation logistics; it helps shape first impressions and ensures every guest journey is smooth, polished, and memorable.
Successful candidates may be considered for a junior leadership position after completing the programme and passing the performance review.
What You Will Learn and Support
The role offers structured exposure across guest transport, valet, airport meet-and-greet, administration, accounts, and supervisory activities. It is intended to build practical operational knowledge, service excellence, and leadership capability.
- Develop knowledge of luxury transportation operations, including fleet coordination, guest transfer planning, and service logistics.
- Build familiarity with limousine fleet processes, vehicle features, and the systems used to support daily operations.
- Deliver refined service to VIP and high-profile guests by handling special requests, preparing amenities, and maintaining a high standard of etiquette.
- Assist with dispatch and scheduling so that journeys remain timely and dependable.
- Maintain trip records, fuel consumption logs, incident documentation, and procedures linked to limousine integrated and queue systems.
- Support compliance and safety practices that are essential in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Provide premium valet experiences with careful vehicle handling and professional guest interaction.
- Observe service workflows and contribute ideas that improve safety and operational efficiency.
- Represent the property at airport meet-and-greet touchpoints and coordinate with transportation and concierge teams to manage seamless arrivals and departures.
- Handle VIP movements with tact, discretion, and a high level of professionalism.
- Support budgeting, cost management, vendor coordination, reporting, and operational analysis for the transportation function.
- Use data to assist with planning and decision-making, including budget preparation and performance reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement and sustainability-related initiatives.
- Participate in departmental discussions and support strategic projects.
- Gain exposure to supervisory work such as manpower planning, pre-shift briefings, service audits, guest profile management, feedback handling, coaching, and team engagement.
