About the Role

Join Abdichtungssysteme Costa GmbH, a leading specialist in moisture and mold damage restoration in buildings around Oer-Erkenschwick and Castrop-Rauxel. As a craftsman (mason, plasterer, painter, tiler, or wood and building protection specialist), you will independently execute high-quality restoration processes on-site at customer locations. The work involves sealing both inside and outside buildings to address various moisture damage issues. Work remains engaging throughout the year, with warm workplaces available during winter months.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct restoration and sealing tasks on buildings, applying appropriate solutions for moisture damage.
• Operate independently on construction sites, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Cater to diverse repair tasks to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in manual trades preferred; however, career changers and beginners are welcomed.
• Physical fitness and enthusiasm for hands-on work.
• Commitment to quality, customer service, and meticulous, clean work habits.
• Passion for craftsmanship combined with readiness for varied and engaging tasks.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license as site management responsibilities require travel.
