Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and skilled restoration work on and inside buildings to remediate damages.
- Professionally repair and restore structures to their original condition following best practices.
- Manage and organize building sites efficiently.
- Handle construction materials properly and safely.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Complete a comprehensive onboarding process to prepare fully for the role.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in construction is desirable, though newcomers and career changers are welcome.
- Motivation and willingness to actively contribute in a positive work environment free from hostility.
- Commitment to quality and client-centered service demonstrated through careful and tidy work habits.
- Passion for craftsmanship combined with enthusiasm for varied and engaging tasks.
- A valid driver's license is essential as the position involves independent travel to job sites.
