Your Role And Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Leader for Public Sector DACH with both strategic initiatives and daily sales operations
- Coordinate internal sales activities involving Marketing, Consulting, and Technology teams
- Develop professional sales materials, client presentations, and briefing documents for executives
- Help organize customer events, roundtables, and partner meetings
- Conduct market studies and account analysis focused on the public sector ecosystem
- Attend customer and partner discussions, gradually assuming responsibility for selected engagements
- Support pipeline monitoring, forecast preparations, and qualification of sales opportunities
- Serve as a communication link between various IBM brands and stakeholders
This position provides immersion in enterprise sales processes, public procurement, and intricate digital transformation projects.

- Earn a competitive salary from day one:
• Year 1: €1950 gross/month
• Year 2: €2544 gross/month
• Year 3: €2818 gross/month - Full-time contract with a 38-hour workweek including 10 hours devoted to university studies (start date negotiable)

- Analytical mindset paired with business acumen
- Willingness to travel up to 2–3 days weekly
- Fluency in German (C1 level or native) and strong command of English
Desirable Experience
- Previous exposure to sales, consulting, student leadership roles, or client-facing positions
- Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), CRM tools, or data analysis
- Participation in extracurricular activities demonstrating leadership or initiative
