  • Assist with client events and manage mailing lists for thought leadership and marketing communications.
  • Work with business development and account teams to build dashboards, insights, and performance reports for sectors and accounts.
  • Track revenue reporting, spot data problems, and help resolve inconsistencies across business areas.
  • Provide administrative, reporting, and analytical support for go-to-market initiatives, client pursuits, and sector-focused programmes.

What you will bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in administration or analyst support.
  • Practical experience using Salesforce and Power BI; Alteryx is an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong process mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, multidisciplinary sales and marketing communications environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust, credibility, and rapport with varied stakeholders.
  • Good project management and organisational ability, including handling multiple deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Focus and persistence to complete tasks thoroughly.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with confidence to suggest and implement improvements.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility.

Who should apply
