Compensation

Role Overview
The company is hiring a Marketing Virtual Assistant who is proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting both marketing and content teams with daily operational and creative work.
This position suits someone with a background in marketing, content production, social media, or creative operations who enjoys helping teams move work forward efficiently. The role focuses on essential support tasks that free up senior team members to concentrate on strategy and growth.
The right candidate should be highly structured, comfortable with digital tools, adaptable, and able to solve problems independently with limited supervision.
Preference is given to candidates based in Latin America who can work during North American business hours.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support marketing activities across different channels.
- Track tasks, timelines, and workflow progress for marketing projects.
- Prepare files, documents, and materials needed for campaign launches.
- Keep marketing folders, content repositories, and records well organized.
- Publish content on social media and other digital platforms.
- Organize creative assets such as captions, thumbnails, and related support materials.
- Research competitors, market trends, and possible content ideas.
- Collect and structure information for campaigns and content creation.
- Handle routine administrative and operational marketing tasks.
- Set up meetings, manage follow-ups, and support project communication.
- Monitor deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation.
- Partner with marketing, content, and leadership teams to keep projects running smoothly.
- Take ownership of assigned work and look for ways to improve efficiency.
- Support special assignments and other ad hoc needs as the business expands.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, administration, content, or virtual assistant work.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and standard productivity software.
- Preferred background in marketing, social media, content creation, or creative operations.
- Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva, social channels, or basic content management tools is preferred.
- Experience supporting marketing teams, creators, or digital-first businesses is a plus.
- Availability during North American business hours is preferred.
