Role Overview
BoxHouse is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support a growing marketing function. In this position, you will report to the Head of Marketing and handle the daily execution that keeps the brand active across social media, email, content, and related channels. The role covers a broad scope of work and involves close collaboration with leadership across several brands and markets.
This is an on-site position at the company headquarters in St. George, Utah. The team works collaboratively and prefers to operate together in the same office.
Responsibilities
- Create and distribute content across channels such as social media, email, blogs, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Keep all marketing materials aligned with brand standards and maintain a consistent tone of voice.
- Plan, organize, and publish posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Draft newsletter copy and ongoing email campaign content, then build and launch campaigns using the company’s marketing automation tools.
- Monitor core performance metrics for social media and email, and provide weekly performance updates to the Head of Marketing.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, either in an agency setting or in-house.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a closely related discipline.
- Someone who learns quickly, adapts easily to new tools and processes, and takes initiative without needing repeated direction.
- Strong writing and speaking skills, along with careful attention to detail.
- The ability to juggle several projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort with email marketing systems, social scheduling tools, and basic analytics; experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic ability in design and video editing for social media content is an added advantage.
- Interest in housing, mission-driven work, and community impact is considered a plus.
