Marketing Specialist - Real Estate

Position Overview

EXR is hiring a motivated and well-organized Marketing Coordinator to support the development of one of New York City’s leading real estate marketing services. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that involves working closely with developers, ownership groups, leasing teams, and vendors to make sure every project is presented at the highest standard.

In this role, you will act as a central representative of the marketing team, help keep projects advancing, strengthen partner relationships, and contribute to an excellent client experience. You will gain broad exposure to the business while helping drive the growth of both the marketing division and the EXR brand.

What You’ll Be Part Of

• Partnering directly with developers and ownership groups
• Supporting the creation of a top-tier real estate marketing service
• Assisting with the launch of new multifamily developments across New York City
• Representing the EXR brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
• Working alongside creative partners, vendors, and internal teams
• Using AI and modern technology to streamline marketing operations
• Bringing forward ideas that improve internal processes and the client experience

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate marketing efforts across several development projects at once
• Keep projects structured, on track, and progressing smoothly
• Manage branding, creative deliverables, events, signage, and promotional collateral
• Contribute to the expansion of EXR’s brand, website, social media channels, and public relations efforts
• Look for opportunities to make marketing operations more effective
• Learn and apply AI tools that increase efficiency and support creative work
