This junior-level Marketing Specialist role is centered on building brand visibility and strengthening customer engagement through thoughtful campaigns and fresh ideas. You will work with different teams, handle several assignments at once, and keep work moving on schedule. What you will do
- Help shape and roll out marketing plans and activities that support business objectives.
- Research the market to better understand customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Plan, manage, and refresh content across social media channels while engaging with the audience and raising brand visibility.
- Partner with the design team to produce polished marketing assets such as brochures, newsletters, and website copy.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools to evaluate impact and return on investment.
- Support email marketing work, including content preparation and performance review.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to keep marketing efforts aligned across channels.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help shape new campaign concepts.
- Assist with planning and promoting events, webinars, and other promotional initiatives.

Required background and capabilities
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- About 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to digital marketing.
- Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and social media management tools.
- Ability to carry out detailed market research and interpret consumer behavior patterns.
- Experience handling social media accounts and producing content that keeps audiences engaged.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, especially for creating persuasive marketing content.
- Comfort with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, creative, and analytics teams.
- Basic exposure to design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage, though not essential.
