Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will contribute to growing the MillerKnoll brand portfolio in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia by delivering comprehensive regional marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Acting as the regional marketing executor, this position ensures proper adaptation and timely implementation of global campaigns tailored to local markets while managing multiple stakeholders across time zones.
Key Duties
- Assist in creating and implementing 360-degree marketing strategies throughout ANZ and SEA regions under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Take charge of specific campaigns and initiatives, maintaining schedule adherence and regional relevance.
- Oversee marketing calendars and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Facilitate briefings and task assignments for regional marketing projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Market Managers and dealer marketing teams to explore activations, sponsorships, and events.
- Manage execution of key campaigns, supporting local activations, dealer events, and alignment with regional KPIs.
- Support event operations and coordinate with creative teams and suppliers as necessary.
- Localize global marketing assets and coordinate translations for campaign and PR materials to maintain brand consistency.
- Collect and analyze marketing performance data, presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Adapt and schedule digital and social media content for relevant MillerKnoll brand channels across the region.
- Manage regional website updates and facilitate inbound lead allocation to sales teams using Salesforce.
- Support regional PR efforts, media relations, and development of regional case studies and press materials.
- Provide auxiliary sales team support and attend meetings to understand marketing needs.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least five years of marketing experience, preferably with multi-market or regional campaign coordination.
- Proven ability managing end-to-end campaign execution including planning, asset management, reporting, and optimization.
- Experience working across different cultures and time zones, ideally within the Asia-Pacific region.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in luxury/design industries, additional Asian language skills, proficiency with project management tools like Wrike, and familiarity with dealer/distributor networks.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with excellent planning capacity.
- Effective communication skills tailored to varied audiences.
- Knowledge of the full marketing mix and ability to prepare appropriate marketing content.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Sprinklr, and CRM/marketing automation tools is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with commercial understanding relevant to sales processes and channels.
