Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist position based in Sydney, NSW, is pivotal in designing and implementing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate Harrow & Co.'s mission, services, and value propositions to both potential and current clients. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, coordinating content production across digital and traditional platforms, and supporting sales efforts with targeted promotional campaigns and materials. Collaboration with internal teams to refine messaging, monitor and optimize campaign performance to heighten engagement and conversion, as well as ensuring consistent brand representation and client-focused communications aligned with the company's commitment to financial education, are also central to this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messages for varied audiences.
- Proficiency in market research to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitors for strategic insights.
- Experience supporting sales teams through development of promotional materials and lead generation activities.
- Ability to formulate and execute marketing strategies encompassing campaign planning, channel management, and performance evaluation.
- Strong customer service orientation with sensitivity to client needs, ensuring marketing initiatives are client-centric.
- Relevant experience in marketing within financial services, brokerage, or professional services sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing software, and analytics tools is beneficial.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience, is preferred.
