Role Overview
The Marketing Science Analyst will work on data-driven analysis that supports better marketing and business decisions. The role involves preparing data, developing statistical models, creating dashboards, and presenting insights in a clear way to clients and internal teams.
What You Will Do
- Gather, clean, analyze, and format data on consumer behavior, market movements, and campaign outcomes using proprietary tools and methods.
- Build models and dashboards that reveal insights and support customer presentations.
- Design and maintain statistical models that forecast consumer actions, campaign performance, and other important business measures.
- Partner with team members to carry out analyses, explain findings through narratives, and guide customers through dashboard outputs.
- Use analytics to answer business questions and help improve decision-making and performance.
What the Company Is Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Business Analytics and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing, with interest in a full-time position.
- Recent graduates or professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in advanced analytics, predictive analytics, marketing analytics, or related analytical work.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good analytical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on analytical tasks, including building and improving large-scale data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
- Comfort presenting insights and working with a team on presentations built from analytical findings.
- Experience using data to solve business problems and shape solutions.
- Clear written and spoken communication suitable for a professional workplace.
