Job description

Overview

This role is offered through a partner company that handles the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The opportunity is based in Australia and provides practical mentorship in marketing, public relations, and outreach inside a rapidly growing PropTech environment.

You will take part in live marketing work with an emphasis on partner outreach, influencer coordination, and planning digital campaigns for the US market. The structure is mentorship-led, so you will contribute to real initiatives while steadily strengthening your strategic communication abilities. The setup is fully remote and flexible, with autonomy over your schedule as long as agreed deliverables are met.

Guidance will come from experienced professionals in a startup environment centered on innovation and disruption in the market. This opportunity is well suited to students or early-career professionals who want to develop a portfolio in marketing, PR, and international business communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with outreach efforts aimed at US-based partners, collaborators, and other relevant stakeholders through organized communication.
  • Help plan and run influencer marketing initiatives, including research, coordination, and engagement support.
  • Support the creation and promotion of webinars, online events, and digital conference activities.
  • Contribute to messaging plans and communication assets that align with broader marketing goals.
  • Take on learning-focused assignments that strengthen outreach capability, relationship management, and strategic communication skills.
  • Work with the marketing team remotely, handle tasks independently, and deliver work within deadlines.

Requirements

  • You should be in the final year of a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a closely related subject.
  • Strong curiosity about US-market outreach, marketing strategy, and professional communication is important.
  • You need excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, persuasive content.
  • You should be proactive, careful with details, and comfortable in a flexible remote setting focused on outcomes.
  • Interest in learning pitching methods, outreach techniques, and relationship-building practices is expected.
  • You must be self-driven, able to organize your time well, and capable of meeting assigned deadlines.

Perks

  • Work fully remotely with a flexible mentorship structure.
  • Gain direct exposure to actual marketing and PR work for the US market.
  • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in a fast-growing PropTech startup.
  • Build a portfolio through practical outreach, influencer, and campaign assignments.
  • Earn a professional certificate after successful completion of the program.
  • Access networking opportunities within the real estate and PropTech ecosystem.
  • There may be a route to future paid opportunities or longer-term collaboration.

Additional Information

This opportunity is presented on behalf of a partner company, and that partner is responsible for managing applications and the next stages of the process. The selection workflow uses an AI-assisted matching system to compare applicants against the role’s main requirements before sharing a shortlist with the hiring company. Final interview, assessment, and hiring decisions are handled by the partner’s internal team.

By applying, candidates acknowledge that their personal data may be processed to assess candidacy and shared with the employer under applicable data protection rules, including GDPR where relevant. The process may involve AI tools to support application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and basic verification checks, but human review remains part of the final decision-making process. Applicants may request access, correction, deletion, or objection regarding their data as permitted by law.

The role is intended as a mentorship opportunity rather than a conventional entry-level marketing job, and candidates should be prepared for learning-oriented tasks, flexible scheduling, and delivery-based work expectations.

Eligibility

This role is intended for students in their final academic year or early-career candidates who want to grow in marketing, PR, outreach, and communication within a remote mentorship setting.
