Job description

About the Company

Leadership Connect is built on the idea that strong relationships drive results in both business and life. The company was founded by two former CEOs of S&P 500 companies and a former presidential press secretary. Its core offering is an intelligence service that helps clients build influential relationships across government, business, and media through deep research and modern technology. The team is small, collaborative, and focused on helping users create meaningful impact.

Leadership Connect Canada (LCC) is the Canadian entity of Leadership Connect Inc. and operates in Quebec.

About the Role

Leadership Connect is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to establish and improve digital marketing processes, shape and execute marketing plans for priority customer segments, and manage channels so they consistently deliver strong performance against ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the marketing technology stack and digital channels, including HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Design, coordinate, and launch integrated campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, and PPC, covering the full lifecycle from strategy and briefing through post-campaign review.
  • Build and run demand generation programs that increase awareness and generate qualified pipeline, with a focus on top-of-funnel acquisition.
  • Set up and refine HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing paths, landing pages, and audience segments to improve engagement and conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Oversee paid acquisition across search, social, and paid agentic/answer engine channels, including budget management, audience targeting, and continuous optimization to support pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to establish lead handoff rules, attribution approaches, and closed-loop reporting between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that measure campaign results, pipeline contribution, and technology usage, then present actionable insights to leadership against defined benchmarks and growth targets.
  • Document marketing operations workflows and campaign playbooks, create SOPs, and train internal teams on platform use, campaign execution, and operating standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience with direct ownership of demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience as a power user or administrator, especially with workflows, campaigns, lead management, and reporting; experience with WordPress, Salesforce, and paid media platforms is highly desirable.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS with direct collaboration alongside a B2B sales team.
  • Proven success in setting and consistently achieving ambitious goals tied to pipeline, lead generation, or revenue influence.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with practical experience in campaign QA, A/B testing, data hygiene, multi-touch attribution, and performance measurement.
  • Awareness of AI/agentic search and answer engine optimization (AEO/GEO) as emerging channels for demand generation.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation, lead cross-functional training, and present data-backed findings to senior stakeholders.

Perks and Benefits

  • Comprehensive extended health coverage.
  • Dental coverage.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Health spending account.
  • Unlimited vacation leave.
  • 12 paid holidays.
  • $3,000 employee referral program.
  • Employer contribution to VRSP.
  • Recognition and reward programs.
  • Regular team-building activities and happy hours.
  • Monthly town halls with the CEO for open updates on business plans, product direction, and company goals.
  • Flexible PTO policies to support work-life balance.
